Description

Built on a hillside overlooking a private plain with a central waterhole, Naledi boasts free-standing units, all en suite, air-conditioned, and equipped with quality linen and towels. Each suite has its own shady terrace, comfortable loungers, and views over the plain and beyond to the Drakensberg Mountains. The lodge sleeps up to eight guests in three different types of well-appointed accommodation, designed to blend in with the environment.

Located just a few metres from the main pool deck, Marula Suite is perfect for a family or 3 close friends. It has two adjoining bedrooms, one equipped with a luxury double bed and the other with a 3/4 size bed.

Paperbark Suite is the perfect hideaway for a couple on safari, equipped with a King size bed, an outdoor shower, and of course a full en suite indoor bathroom as well.

Leadwood Suite is set slightly apart from the rest of the camp. It has its own private splash pool cut into an expansive private wooden deck, two magnificent bedrooms separated by a cool and relaxing lounge, and a covered patio exclusively for the use of Leadwood suite guests. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and you can choose either a king size bed or two 3/4 size beds in each bedroom.

The lodge's superb swimming pool deck extends out onto a viewing deck second to none, high above the bushveld with panoramic views and comfortable chairs. Downstairs the fabulous pub, filled with ice cold drinks from all corners of the world, is where pre and post dinner drinks are enjoyed.

Two daily guided game drives are included in the open safari vehicle, the first departing before sunrise and the second as the day begins to cool, using spotlights after dark to search for the nocturnal animals. An optional bush walk is offered after breakfast, focusing on the smaller marvels of the bush while walking through Big 5 country.

Naledi is owner managed. The owners conduct every game drive and walk themselves, personally prepare and serve every meal, and prepare each suite personally before the arrival of guests.
